Welcome to My Healing Energy Sessions

         I have always known that I was different not only due to my multi-racial heritage of German, Czech and African-American, however also due to my high level of feeling sensitivity and observing the world around me.  At the age of 12, I remember writing a letter to my parents called the "Letter of Truth", stating that I had certain rights as a child. I felt that my parents were not raising me properly.  One month before my father's transition into Heaven, he confided in me while smiling “raising you was tough!”  Throughout college I was labeled as being "so sensitive".  I finally learned and accepted that this heightened sensitivity was part of my intuition. It has always been an extraordinary gift assisting me in the navigation of this third world dimensional energy.  I believe that all children, especially their first seven years strongly possess this inherent intuition, until it is unlearned. The animal kingdom can only live and survive with their instinct.

         In the late 1980’s after having practiced western Family Medicine for a few years, I was told that I had the gift of healing in my hands.   Initially I was unsure what to do, however I began to increasingly trust this Divine grace, by opening my heart to receive personal healing sessions from others. It was often shared with me that I could easily offer healing energy and intuitive readings to others.  Thus, began the offering of brief sessions to family, friends and patients in my clinical Family Practice. There is a reason that we use the term “the practice of medicine”. I offered those patients who had become so very disillusioned with western medicine’s confined answers to healing and wellness: more drugs, more specialists and more surgeries.  Voilà, I had extraordinary results. One such experience occured at an intimate Christmas Eve party, which remains deeply engraved in my memory. I offered a healing session to one of Giovanna’s guests Arthur, after she welcomed my invitation.  Arthur had been given the diagnosis of AIDS and was living in a hospice.  During this winter holiday visit, he was sleeping in a bedroom on their first floor.  His night time slumber had to be consistently assisted with the use of morphine. My session with Arthur was the first time I had done a healing of the entire body.  The next day I asked Giovanna how he was feeling.  He had shared with her, “ it was the first time in 6 months that I had slept all night without the need for morphine”.  Although this was a huge message from the Creator, it still took several years before I truly began to trust in my GOD given gifts. I believe we are all endowed with these special gifts of healing, it is only dependent how much we believe, trust and practice.  We can easily heal with our intentions, thoughts, words, hands, eyes and actions.

      Energy is the basis of everything in the Cosmos.  Living things whether humans, animals, plants, crystals as well as inanimate objects such as furniture are comprised of energy.  The smallest particle is a wave of light as confirmed by scientists in quantum physics. In a human body when there is perfect wellness, the Life Force Energy or Chi flows through us with ease and grace. There is such JOY as reflected by our positive emotions and literally feeling lighter. In a state of constant perfect health, the human body can easily live well beyond a 100 years of age, because it was so created. When there is illness whether physical or mental then blockages begin to form.  The more serious and chronic the disease, the heavier and deeper the blockages become. According to Judy Satori, a wonderful and powerful Healer, this miasmic patterning can even be passed down from one generation to another, subsequently becoming part of our DNA.  Her Language of Light transmissions truly transmute these lower density energies. Thankfully, we are privy to infinite ways of healing our minds and bodies.

      When we are filled with JOY, our Aura which is the magnetic field surrounding us, becomes filled with light and a vareity of beautiful vibrant colors.  During illness even depression it becomes dark, dull and heavy.  Our aura is influenced by our thoughts, words, emotions and beliefs as well as those of others, especially when we are physically next to them.  An example is when someone we love is on the other side of the world and we literally feel the love which they are sending us.  Often we are guided to call them and their response is " I was just thinking about you and how much I miss you". It is equally as powerful when we gossip about someone and our words are unkind, profane, nefarious and very hurtful. A person who engages with the public especially on a daily basis, is easily effected by these encounters and will feel either energetically uplifted or instantaneously drained.

      Invisible energy centers or wheels above our heads and along the spine, in our hands and feet as well as other key points in our bodies are called Chakras. Many people have knowledge of the 7 major Chakras.   The word originates from the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit and they are spiritual energy centers of the body.  They balance, store and distribute Life Force Energy or Chi throughout our physical, emotional and energetic bodies and along our Soul. Each Chakra vibrates, resonates or spins at a certain frequency and color. The more JOY one experiences the more vibrant their hues. 

      In my sessions, I have the intention to come from Love and empower the person and animal, by offering healing tools for daily living.  As a physician I have witnessed and experienced how our lives can change in a heartbeat.  It is the client's empowered decision to schedule more than one visit. I do not believe in requesting that a person sign up for 3 months or pay for 3 or more visits in advance.  Obviously, there are life challenges such as loss & grief, trauma when a client feels they are in need of more healing. It is interesting how the moment a person shows interest in my work, I began receiving messages about their lives. Sometimes I will document this information just in case an appointment is made. It is important that you take your time and feel with your Heart and Higher Self, if a session is appropriate for you.  Once you receive the various healing tools, go within and follow your owner inner guidance as to when and how they resonate with your life path.  You will always know it because it feels "right".  You can then make your decisions which are aligned for your Highest and Greatest Good. Clients are welcome to contact me for clarity following a session when the need arises.   My experiences as a Family Medicine physician taught me the importance of patient follow-up. This is one of the few specialties which inherently focuses on continuity of care. Thus, as a Healer part of a full session offers time for follow-up conversations.

      Recently I have discovered that I have the gift of connecting to those on the other side of the Veil, which is actually becoming thinner.  This has become apparent with my uncle Rudy, who made his messages become clear soon after his transition on June 7, 2016. These are never planned, they just come to me when I AM cooking, walking or lying in bed before going to sleep. Rudy’s Beloved Marianne was always open to hearing these communication anchored in Love and I encouraged her to connect with Rudy in her own way. It is also interesting the visions which I receive when famous people cross over: Muhammad Ali was age 20 in his boxer shorts “I AM the Greatest” and the Creator replied, “I taught you that”; Aretha Franklin is also about 20 years old singing “ I say a little prayer for you”; George Michael sings “ You got have Faith” and the Creator said “ I have been trying to tell that all along”. My mother used to say that I was always late for everything, so when I get to the Pearly Gates it will be no different. I responded “but Mama this time I have a doctor’s excuse”.

The most natural place to perform a healing session is in nature. One is grounded in Mother Earth and can easily connect to the Tree Spirits. The photo above is the “Magical Kingdom” in Washington Park, Portland.  I spent many hours with my Higher Self and clients here.  The Tree Spirits offer Wisdom, Archangel Ariel of nature surrounds us while Archangel St. Raphael supports the session. Ironically, throughout the changing seasons, most of the leaves remain this vibrant green color.
